Rarities and chase cards of Set 1

What each EBP01 rarity code means, what parallels are and how to find them in the Palpedia database.

The rarity scale

Booster Pack EBP01 uses a scale running from C and U (commons and uncommons) to R, RR and SR, with SP, SSP and OSR as the scarcest printings. In the card database you can filter by rarity to see what lives at each level.

Parallels: same card, different finish

Parallel variants share the base number with their regular card but carry a special rarity suffix (SP, SR, OSR, SSP…) and different art or finish. In Palpedia, each card's page groups all of its printings so you can compare them.

The set's chase cards

The chased cards of Set 1 are the highest-rarity parallels of the flagship Pals. The Palpedia TCG hub shows a selection straight from the local database, and the explorer filters by “Parallel” in one click.

Collecting wisely

Mark your copies in the Collection section and track your per-set percentage before buying more packs: knowing exactly what you are missing is the best defense against impulse buys.
